1. Program Overview
The SignalShield Partner Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by promoting SignalShield products to their customers and audiences. By applying to this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Commission Structure
Partners earn a 10% commission on all sales made using their unique promotion code. The commission structure works as follows:
- Customer Discount: Customers using your promotion code receive a 10% discount on their purchase.
- Partner Commission: You earn 10% of the original product price as commission.
- Platform Revenue: SignalShield retains 80% of the original product price.
Example: For a $100 product, the customer pays $90 (10% discount), you receive $10 (10% commission), and SignalShield keeps $80.
3. Payment Terms
All commission payments are processed automatically through Stripe Connect:
- Commissions are transferred to your Stripe account immediately after a successful purchase.
- Payouts from your Stripe account to your bank account occur daily, subject to Stripe's standard payout schedule.
- You are responsible for any fees charged by Stripe or your financial institution.
- You must maintain an active and valid Stripe Connect Express account to receive payments.
4. Partner Obligations
As a SignalShield partner, you agree to:
- Promote SignalShield products in a professional and ethical manner.
- Provide accurate and truthful information about SignalShield products.
- Not make false or misleading claims about SignalShield or its products.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your promotional activities.
- Not engage in spam, fraudulent activities, or any practices that could damage SignalShield's reputation.
- Disclose your affiliate relationship with SignalShield where required by law.
5. Application Review
Partner applications are reviewed based on the selected tier:
- Starter Tier: Applications are automatically approved within 1-3 minutes after completing Stripe onboarding.
- Future Tiers: May require manual review and approval by the SignalShield team.
SignalShield reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this partnership at any time:
- SignalShield may suspend or terminate your partnership for violation of these terms or for any other reason at its discretion.
- You may discontinue your participation by contacting SignalShield support.
- Upon termination, you will receive any earned commissions for completed transactions.
- Your promotion code will be deactivated, and you must cease all promotional activities.
7. Intellectual Property
SignalShield grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use SignalShield's trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting SignalShield products as a partner. All intellectual property rights remain with SignalShield. You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of any SignalShield materials without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
SignalShield is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the partner program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Modifications
SignalShield reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify partners of any material changes via email. Continued participation in the program after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
